By engaging with LetSmile’s services, users agree to make all required payments in advance.
All payments should be directed to LetSmile.
Accepted Payment Methods – Payments can be made through various online methods, including bank transfers and UPI.
Rescheduling and Refunds
LetSmile offers clients the option to reschedule an appointment at no additional cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. To reschedule, clients must inform the team within this timeframe, after which any applicable refund will be processed.
Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
